With their experimental farm , Fincamigos,Cafexport is exploring more sustainable ways to cultivate high-quality specialty coffee.They produced their first Tabi,Geisha and Sudan Rume lots in 2020 and their first Laurina lot in 2021.The SL-28 variety typically exhibits floral notes as well as fruity ones like stone fruit and balackurrants.In this lot from Fingamigos in colombia,Cafecpory explores the potential of this very special variety and through careful processing achieves an incredibly dense and vibrant coffee in flavors.In all our QC tastings we've enjoyed its floral and fresh aroma with hints of elderflower and roses.In the cup we find very juicy and fruity flavors with tropical notes of pineapple as well as strawberrys nad peach.The body is strong and very balanced.
